All standard LoquiSoft plugins and extensions are licensed under the terms specified at purchase or download.
You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our plugins for your personal or business websites.
Redistribution, resale, or sharing of standard LoquiSoft plugins without written consent is strictly prohibited.
Only custom-developed plugins that have been explicitly whitelabeled for the client may be redistributed or resold by that client. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, redistribution rights apply exclusively to whitelabeled custom projects.
Payments are processed through secure third-party providers.
Unless otherwise stated, all sales are final. Refunds may be issued only in cases of duplicate payment or major product defects that cannot be resolved by our support team.
LoquiSoft offers support for purchased plugins through support[at]loquisoft.com.
Support covers bug fixes and technical assistance but does not include custom development unless agreed upon in a separate contract.
We regularly update our plugins to maintain compatibility and performance. Access to updates may depend on your license type or subscription plan.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Portugal. Any disputes will be resolved under Portuguese jurisdiction.
